There are many excellent places to hike on the island of Capri. This route shown in this photograph connects the Town of Capri with the Town of Anacapri. Unfortunately, a portion of that hike runs along a narrow roadway.
One of the more popular hikes is from the Town of Anacapri to the summit of Monte Solaro. Rather than hiking the return trip, some tourists prefer taking the chairlift to the top of the mountain and hiking back down.
